People who trace to make bases then don't give the original piece/artist any credit make me a sad panda." are you from the U.S? if you are, can you say this so i can understand this better? it doesn't make much sense to me... no offense... and i hope none taken.  i'm not trying to be rude, but can you say this more clearly? thanks ~ It means, "People who trace other artist's art to make a base without crediting make me a sad panda."

I'm confused on one rule, though. You say no tracing. Could you be more specific about that? Because I use PaintToolSAI and trace over the base to use it instead of using pixels, and I'm not sure if that goes against your no tracing rule.  I'm assuming they mean not to trace/redraw the base dolled up and say you didn't use a base at all.
