Latent abilities:
Orb Lullaby - She can lure a person to sleep or hypnotize them just by capturing their attention for a moment. Her eyes glow softly when this ability is active.

Song of Somnia - If Bel sings quietly, she can catalyize the healing properties of any organic life-form, including herself.

Anima-mage - Like all people from her planet, she can take equine form, except she also gets a huge pair of white, blue-edged wings & a silver crystaline horn.

Dream Sifter - She can astral-project her consciousness into the mind of another as long as they are sleeping. It is easier for her to do if she used "Orb Lullaby" to pacify them first.

Silver Tongue - Bel can slip subliminal messages into her speach, which she uses to get her way by manipulating others, or confuse enemies. She doesn't always use it for good...

Wakening - Through meditation, Beleraphon can seek to the depths of one's powers &, if so desired, can catalyze their emergeance. Used to awaken trapped energies & gauge the capabilities of whomever she is scanning.

Black Noise - Bel can lift the vibrational tendency of matter, causing a hum to arise. She can direct it to fill a target's mind with nothing but static made up of thousands of whisper & screech-like sounds.
