this is my character for aurae's sailor moon RPG called MOONLESS SKY! she is the replacement of sailor mercury, a girl with nearly matching DNA to mizuno ami. ami's sailor crystal can react with Mariner's star seed, giving her some of Mercury's energy. MOONLESS SKY takes place on post-apocalyptic earth, in the dilapidated city of crystal tokyo. Mariner lives in the charred remains of Crown Arcade. you may have seen her in my gallery with lime green hair.... but i am over that, i recycled the hair style from sailor gemini. i also redesigned the moonless fuku, i hope aurae likes it!!

Weapon: Laser Syrinx - double ninjato [short, straight bladed katana] with blue lasers as blades that emit when pressing the Mariner symbol on the hilt. Their hilts are wrapped in blue vinyl. She keeps them hanging from her belt ribbon when not in use.

Weapon Attack: Ultramarine Wave - can project the blades of her laser katana distantly, so any slashes can ripple damage
Defensive Maneuver: Pulse Storm - creates several flashes of bright light that blinds her enemies, making her hard to hit or giving her time to get away
Attack with Evander: Rocket Tide - evander will absorb Mariner's energy & blast off at her enemy, cloaked in a laser shield he attacks head on
Link attack: Sparkling Monsoon - requires attack synchronizing with Sailor Phobos, senshi of pyrotechnics

Special Skills:
Heavy Metal Genius - Can build anything mechanical or electronic!

Latent abilities:
Chaomancy - can see visions while studying storm clouds
Ampere Dactyl - can boost electric currents with her touch, or conduct electricity between a source & another object without any damage

Rai is selfish, but she prefers "inconsiderate". Either way, all day long Raiden is out for number one. It really bit her in the butt when she found out she was meant to protect a whole planet... she just wants to build robots & become famous!

Although Rai's physical appearance is very girly, she's pretty far from it. She dresses for functionality, not fashion, & is often wearing a toolbelt & a pair of yellow lensed goggles. She is accustomed to taking damage during her ambitious experiments with machines & can be seen wearing bandages. In short, Rai is a tomboy. She has a deep resentment for the girlyness of the Mariner fuku.
